I found several outsourcing vendors through my research, and I screened a number of them. Without testing them out, it was really difficult to separate the wheat from the chaff. It became clear to me early on in our selection process that Assivo was a group of modest and honest individuals who always did what they said they would do. After awarding our contract to them, they delivered on time and on budget, and we would recommend them without reservation for any future needs that our organization has.

Assivo has been a great partner for us since 2017. Our specific project involves analyzing college syllabus information and grabbing the desired results, which can have a high level of subjectivity to it. The Assivo team has been patient and thorough in supporting the volume we have while upholding accuracy as a top priority. They seem to realize that while much of their value is in the field of streamlining/automation, they are still providing a service to customers. They are very responsive when we need them, and that matter!

We benefited greatly from their services, as our team could focus on more impactful activities, and Assivo’s team did a lot of the heavy lifting. We did a number of data cleansing projects with them, as well as data mining work that really overhauled our company’s data infrastructure. The value that they added to our company was multiples of the service fees that we paid to them – one of the higher ROI decisions we made in 2018.

Our work with Assivo started off with a number of technical challenges on our side. While others got worn out and tired, Assivo was persistent and rose to the challenge of helping us solve them in the early days of our relationship. They are one of the more professional and dedicated outsourcing groups out there, and they took tremendous care and diligence to transcribe large volumes of hand-written paper forms for us with utmost accuracy. They are also tech savvy, and they have highly effective procedures to manage quality assurance.
