Your Quiet Advantage
Operational execution, designed for leaders who value consistency at scale.
Assivo designs and operates critical business workflows across finance, data, and core operations. We build fully managed global teams—handling recruitment, training, turnover, and performance—so you are accountable to outcomes, and execution compounds over time.
As an independent, privately held firm, we apply the rigor of institutional finance and strategy consulting to outsourced operations: clear accountability, fixed-price structures, and outcome-oriented delivery. The result is durable operational infrastructure that runs quietly in the background—freeing leadership to focus on growth, strategy, and the work that moves the business forward.
The Discipline of Consistent Delivery
Four structural commitments govern every engagement:
Definition
Scope, roles, and deliverables are formalized before work begins. Ambiguity is resolved in writing, in advance.
Traceability
Every workflow and every output is recorded in your system and ours. The operational record is complete and auditable at any point.
Accountability
Performance is measured against defined standards—accuracy, throughput, and output quality—and reported on a fixed cadence.
Convergence
Each cycle is evaluated against the last. The process is revised until variance is negligible and the standard is met consistently.
Operating Principles
The standards that govern how we operate, deliver, and compound.
Your data sits on your balance sheet—fully owned, fully portable.
Every record we build belongs to the client. Proprietary data stays with the client, structured for portability and long-term use. When an engagement ends, the data leaves with the client—complete, organized, and unencumbered.
99.7% because the work demands it.
Our operational architecture enforces consistency and precision across every deliverable, regardless of volume or complexity. Quality is a structural commitment maintained through multi-layer verification, continuous auditing, and individual accountability.
Since 2017. The advantage compounds.
Every decision—pricing, staffing, process design—is evaluated against a multi-year horizon. Clients who stay longer receive compounding returns: deeper institutional knowledge, tighter feedback loops, and teams that understand context before they are briefed.
Independent and privately held. No outside capital. No divided loyalties.
Assivo has been self-funded since inception. No outside investors, no board seats to fill, no exit timeline. Fiduciary-grade contracts, information barriers, and conflict disclosure replace the relationship management most vendors rely on. Our incentives are aligned with yours because no other party sits between us.
Lawful data from lawful methods. No exceptions.
Every source we access and every record we build is designed for legal defensibility. HIPAA, GDPR, CCPA, and platform terms of service are architectural constraints embedded in process design from the outset. Compliance is an operating condition, enforced at every layer.
Operational Foundation
Institutional Knowledge
A structured methodology refined since 2017 across industries, delivery models, and economic cycles. The learning is cumulative. The judgment is earned.
Engineered Processes
Every workflow is designed from analysis, tested through scale, and revised until the variance is negligible. Precision is built in before volume begins.
Governance Framework
Oversight protocols that enforce quality at the structural level—so consistency is systematic, even at scale.
Enabling Technology
Purpose-built tools that strengthen process control and keep operational authority with the client.
Comprehensive Service Areas
We deliver recurring execution across workflows critical to business performance—where precision matters, consistency is essential, and accountability drives results.

Transformation through Structure
From Scattered to Streamlined
A financial services firm struggled with inconsistent data across multiple systems, causing reporting delays and compliance concerns. Our team implemented structured validation processes and consolidated workflows, reducing monthly close time by 40% and eliminating data discrepancies.
The CFO now receives accurate reports on time, every time—without having to manage the process.
From Backlog to Breakthrough
A healthcare technology provider faced a 12,000+ record backlog of claims requiring specialized processing. Our structured workflow system absorbed 95% of the backlog within 60 days while maintaining 99.7% accuracy.
The operations team regained capacity to focus on patient care initiatives rather than administrative catch-up.
From Overwhelmed to Optimized
A digital marketplace with 200,000+ product SKUs couldn’t maintain accurate catalog data during rapid growth. Our dedicated team implemented standardized enrichment processes and governance protocols, resulting in a 45% increase in search accuracy and a 30% reduction in customer support tickets.
The product team now focuses on innovation rather than data maintenance.
Principal’s Biography

Heritage
I come from a Sindhi community with a deep reliance on intellectual capital, reputation, and operational agility. Sindhis carry a history of total loss, recovery, and resilience that instilled in me a respect for building institutions designed to endure across market cycles, where rigorous accounting and disciplined operations are preconditions for survival and compounding. My family came to the U.S. in the 1980s.
Formation
My early career followed a deliberate apprenticeship under senior practitioners in institutional finance, strategy, and risk. This formation emphasized foundational frameworks of capital and execution, shaping an approach to building businesses where transparency, accountability, and durability are embedded in the operating model.
Ernst & Young
I began my career at Ernst & Young, working in risk advisory and internal audit for healthcare organizations. Working under Anthony Carmello, I served client CFOs to define, test, and validate internal control frameworks, developing a lasting focus on accounting rigor and the mechanics of accountable execution.
National Veterinary Associates & Summit Partners
This foundation in internal controls and accounting rigor proved directly applicable when I was recruited by Summit Partners to join National Veterinary Associates (NVA) in corporate development and M&A, following Summit's equity investment into the company in 2007. At the time, NVA operated approximately 100 hospitals. I worked under the management team — including founder Stan Creighton and CEO Greg Hartmann — and alongside Summit. Over a three-year period, I originated and completed the acquisition of approximately 50 veterinary practices and spoke with thousands of independent practice owners, gaining direct exposure to succession planning, business valuation, operational risk, and owner-level decision-making under uncertainty. These efforts helped establish disciplined, first-principles frameworks within the corporate development function.
That acquisition engine was built during the Global Financial Crisis and scaled through three successive sponsors — Summit Partners, Ares Management, and JAB Holding Company — compounding at roughly 20% annually for nearly two decades, from the mid-2000s through the mid-2020s. The result was approximately 27x enterprise value growth and a top 0.1% outcome among large-scale private equity investments of the recent era. This established NVA as one of the most durable multi-sponsor buyout platforms in private equity history to date. NVA today operates over 1,500 veterinary hospitals and pet care centers.
Wells Fargo Securities — Financial Sponsors Group
Following NVA, I moved to New York City to work in investment banking within the Financial Sponsors Group at Wells Fargo Securities. I worked under senior bankers with deep experience in leveraged finance and sponsor-backed capital structures, directly under Brian Van Elslander, with the platform later shaped by Malcolm Price. Both came from Credit Suisse, whose leveraged finance platform drew heavily from the traditions and talent of Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette (DLJ) — a foundational force in the leveraged finance market — and helped build the group with the rigor, discipline, and underwriting standards associated with that lineage. I advised private equity sponsors and supported execution across M&A transactions and financings for firms including Blackstone, KKR, and Apollo Global Management.
The Boston Consulting Group (BCG)
I later joined The Boston Consulting Group (BCG) as a strategy consultant, advising financial services and fintech organizations on operational effectiveness, organizational design, and private equity due diligence efforts. During this time, I worked under Ashwin Adarkar, a pioneer in business process outsourcing who helped establish McKinsey & Company's India office beginning in 1992.
Assivo
In 2017, I founded Assivo.
Assivo applies the rigor of institutional finance and strategy consulting to outsourced operations, with a focus on clear accountability, fixed-price commercial structures, and outcome-oriented delivery. As an independent, privately held firm, Assivo structures partnerships around client priorities — emphasizing continuity, transparency, and long-term operating stability — with alignment mechanisms that prioritize long-term client outcomes and relationship integrity over capital-based timelines.
